Only half a year after taking office, & led the team to be relegated! Official: Fanny no longer serves as Leicester City coach

Leicester City officially announced that Van Nie will no longer serve as Leicester City coach and the contract between the two parties will be terminated immediately.

Leicester City Football Club has reached an agreement with Van Nistrui and the contract between the two parties will be terminated immediately.

Van Nistruy came to the team during the difficult times of the club. From November 2024 when he took office, he demonstrated his professionalism and his commitment to the club. This includes, he helped many club youth training players integrate into the first team. All the staff of the club expressed their gratitude and respect for Fanny's efforts and efforts during his time at the club. We wish Van Nie all the best in the future.

Starting from next Monday on June 30, preparations for the new season of the English Championship will continue. The first-team coaches will lead the team to train until the new head coach takes office.

Vanney took over Leicester City on December 1, 2024, and the two sides originally signed the contract until the summer of 2027. Fanny led the team in half a season to a total of 27 games, winning only 5 games. Leicester City only scored 25 points in 38 rounds last season, ranking third from the bottom to relegation to the Championship.
