Delta Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Center is activated and NVIDIA starts training courses

Due to the global trend of decentralized manufacturing and centralized management, Delta has built an important base for industrial automation machine verification and education training to provide one-stop service for on-board training, testing and certification.
Delta plans the "Deuterta Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Center" at the Sixth Factory of China. It will hold a ceremony to launch a classic on the 25th, and cooperate with NVIDIA to establish a virtual integrated learning center to design and practice courses.
The Intelligent Manufacturing Center is the core field of TD. It focuses on the rapid implementation and application expansion of Solution Pack, provides customer pre-sales practical production simulation, integrates module equipment platform, digital dual-generation, AI simulation and virtual training environments, and provides verification, display and educational functions for both inside and outside TD.
The Delta Intelligent Manufacturing Center covers an area of about 150 square meters in China Factory Six, presenting a complete single-machine and complete-line solution, including 3D war room mastering equipment data and operating conditions; it also has machine operation training, sample test and test collection, shortening the introduction time and opening cycle of the machine; it also displays the Line Manager line network platform and digital dual-biology technology DIATwin The application scenario covers virtual integration applications from single machines, whole lines to entire factories, further establishing modeling and reproduction lines, and quickly deploying global manufacturing.
In addition to Taiwan, Taiwan has set up an intelligent manufacturing center in China, and Thailand has also planned to add it.
Delta NVIDIA Virtual Integrated Learning Center creates a realistic simulation situation, and learns to solve the pain points from design line to input volume through systematic and grading training courses and workshops. Course design summarizes digital simulation and AI model applications, including new line introduction, process formula optimization, production management, etc. It also plans related courses for NVIDIA Omniverse and Isaac Sim applications, focusing on digital dual-study and robotic equipment simulation, and leading students to explore the latest trends and practical technologies of AI applications.

In the past, the environment was centralized and the cost was the lowest. However, in recent years, in response to problems such as land politics, tax responsibilities, and exchange rates, the past has changed the "earth is flat" and trade barriers. Taida President and Executive Director Zhang Shunhai pointed out that in the future, it will be decentralized manufacturing. To advance to the market, it will require smart manufacturing, which is flexible and imperative. The smart manufacturing trend will not fade, and enterprises should bravely accept it.
