The "vitamin" of the wife of science is 60 pills, and the original price is NT$2,000, but she claims that she feels it can increase physical strength, improve work efficiency, improve mentality, help fall asleep, and make her mind more sensitive. Therefore, since she went through the fundraising platform on the 24th of last month, it broke through the established fundraising target in just a few days, exceeding NT$32 million.

Huang Jianlong, director of the Enterprise Division of the Food and Drug Administration, said that the fundraising page of the Science Department, declared "health food" on the fundraising website, not "health food" that needs to be certified, so it is a general food.

However, according to the Food Safety Law, food labeling, publicity or advertising is prohibited, which can easily cause misunderstanding or promote medical efficacy, such as promoting insomnia, improving allergic quality, and enhancing memory.

However, Huang Jianlong said that after initially seeing the videos and advertising content placed on the fundraising website, its functional claims are not obvious.

However, among them, the Food and Drug Administration must clarify whether the product has five major physical senses, unique formulas and special extracted ingredients, and whether there is a certificate to prove the functionality of these announced; in addition, the extract has basic and non-basic modifications, and whether it is effective, will require the Health Bureau to further clear the manufacturer.

Huang Jianlong said that if the determination is indeed illegal after the clearance, it can be based on the food safety law to NT$40,000 to NT$4 million.
