Let’s make a travel sewing box with me!

As the saying goes: It is very good at home, but everything is difficult to go out. This is absolutely true. When you go out, you may encounter sewing with needles and thread. It would be very convenient if you could have a convenient travel sewing box! Let’s take a look at how it is made?

The raw materials include: a small piece of floral cloth, a discarded film at home, awl used to open holes on it, a roll of needles and thread, a small ball of cotton, a bottle of 502 glue, an unnecessary colorful headband and two rubber bands.

First, use an awl to open two holes in the bottle cap, so that the headband can pass through. Use scissors to divide the head rope into two, pass it through the hole just drilled, pull it over, and leave a little length on it. Tie a knot on the back and tie it to death. Use scissors to reduce the excess. In this way, the handle of the sewing box is ready.

Next to make a needle bag. First, we draw a circle about 7 cm in diameter on the small floral cloth and cut it with scissors. Use a needle to walk a circle of thread on the edge of it, and the pins should not be too big. Then we put the cotton inside, pull the thread and close the mouth. This way the needle bag is ready, and we then use 502 glue to secure it to the back of the lid. First apply a little 502 glue on the back of the lid, then put the needle bag on and tie it up with a rubber band, like this. After 10 minutes, we removed the rubber band and the needle bag was fixed. Insert the needle you want to use, put the ball of thread into the box, and cover the lid. This convenient travel needle and thread box is ready!
