Boustead Singapore successfully won a bid for lot A located on Tukang Innovation Drive.

The

lot area is 18,687 square meters, and the allowable total floor area (GFA) is 46,717.5 square meters. It will be developed as a multi-user industrial facility and equipped with a heavy vehicle parking lot. The project allows for strata subdivision.

Bode Singapore disclosed after the market closed on Friday (May 30) that Jurong Group accepted the group's real estate business department and the tender for BP-Innovue, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Boustead Projects and its joint venture partner.

Bode Singapore Group expects that the above development projects are not expected to have a significant impact on the Group's earnings, earnings per share and net asset value per share in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.

Jurong Group opened bidding for Lot A of Dukang Innovation Channel in December last year. This lot belongs to the government industrial land sale program and is the first lot to receive an additional three-year lease, with a total lease period of 33 years.
